ASSOMED continues its research of high specialized products and starts to
distribute:
- Cardiovascular Polypropylene Sutures of SURGICAL SPECIALTIES as Sharpoint
and Look Trademarks.- GEISTER Cardiovascular instruments.
- DYNEK yellow PVDF sutures for Sorin Vascular Grafts (turbostratic carbon
coated)
- TAGARNO Films Devices.
- TEMA X ray protection accessories. |

- SORIN BIOMEDICA creats and producs a new coronary Stent Carbofilm coated and
ASSOMED hires people in order to introduce this device on his field. |

- Other people are hired from ASSOMED in order to distribute ICU MEDICAL INC,
leader in security connectors
- ASANUS, a new entry for custom and high quality surgical instruments, is
distributed by ASSOMED.
- GENERAL ELECTRIC wants ASSOMED as partner in Lombardia for Cardiology,
Inerventional Cardiology, Electophisiology and Echo devices. |

- SORIN BIOMEDICA closes his vascular Department and ASSOMED starts to
distribute VASCUTEK, leader in Vascular Grafts.
- VENETEC Catheter stabilizer Statlock, is imported from California
- To increase service for surgical instruments, ASSOMED creates its repair
department
- Genzyme needs a partner for Lombardia for Peurevac (thoracic drainages) and
Deknatel (heart valve suture) and chooses ASSOMED. |
